Philosophy
This is the newest program to evolve from the research done in Dr. John Gottman’s “Love Lab,” where he assessed with near certainty a couple’s risk for divorce by observing their communication styles and physiological changes (such as heart rate) during an ordinary conversation.

The two day workshop focuses on how to strengthen friendship, intimacy, and discussion skills in the face of sleep deprivation and stress, and how to fairly and effectively share childcare.

Many of these programs have sites in many states so there should be one near you. To see the complete article, you can search www.child.com
