Over at Stirrup Queens and Sperm Palace Jesters they have created a poll in which you can vote on how you would like your pregnancy loss to be remembered. Here are the options:

I wouldn't--it's a private thing
I would want a simple email letting me know that they're thinking about me
I would want a card letting me know that they remembered and they cared
I would want a phone call
I would want to get together with a few close friends and family to remember together

I would pick the card for sure. Especially if I got it in the mail. I love mail that isn't a bill. I love cards. They take so much time these days to pick one out, write in it and then put it in the mail that I would really be able to realize that the other person put effort towards remembering my baby. I'm not the type of person that wants things to go by without noticing, and a card would be a great way for me to remember as well. I would display it for awhile and then when I had become acclimated to it, I would save it in the special box that I have set aside for those memories. That being said, I have to admit that I don't send out cards to remember my friends' losses. I think that most of them don't want to have someone else bring it up.
